Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable initial fee of approximately 20% is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in an additional 30% charge of the service price. The remaining balance (after the 20% fee) is due after your detail is complete, ensuring your satisfaction. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are treated as a 50% loss of the service price. Extensive Work Time Policy For detailing services that extend beyond 6 hours, a 1-hour lunch break will be provided for the detailers. For paint correction services requiring more than a full dayβs work, service will conclude at 8:00 PM and resume the following day at 6:00 AM until the job is complete. This policy ensures our team can maintain the highest level of quality and attention to detail while also staying safe and well-rested during extended services.
