Refund Policy

At SunShine Auto Detailing, we value your time and ours. This Refund Policy outlines the process for handling refunds for detailing services. By booking with us, you agree to this policy.

1. Initial Fee

An initial fee of approximately 20% is required to secure your appointment.

This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

This fee is also not an additional charge, but rather removed from your total balance.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your initial fee will be forfeited.

If you cancel on the same day of service or fail to show up, you will be charged an additional 30% of the service price (total forfeited = 50%).

These fees are in place to cover lost time and scheduling costs.

3. Service Satisfaction

The remaining balance (after the 20% initial fee) is paid only after the service is complete, ensuring your satisfaction.

Because you approve the work before final payment, refunds are not provided after services are rendered.

4. Maintenance Plans

Prepaid maintenance plans are non-refundable once activated.

If a plan is canceled early, any unused services will not be refunded.

5. Exceptions

If a refund is ever approved due to extraordinary circumstances, it will be issued at our sole discretion and may take 5–10 business days to process.
